'Tis the season to get cooking! Sharpen your culinary skills just in time for Christmas feasting in this festive Italian cooking class in Sydney!
In this beginner-friendly class, you will master the art of pasta making and learn how to create Salt Meats Cheese's signature fettuccine from scratch with hands-on guidance from expert chefs and using the finest seasonal ingredients and techniques.
And for dessert, you will learn how to fill your cannoli shells with a sweetened ricotta cream and decorate them to your liking! Don't worry, we'll take a break between cooking too where you'll get to enjoy some delicious homemade pizza slices.
At the end of the hard work cooking, you'll sit down and enjoy your fettuccine and cannoli and take home all the recipes and skills to reproduce these culinary delights at home, perfect for Christmas family dinner.
