3 hours Class size 10 to 20 guests     $170

Learn how to make a beautiful traditional Christmas Yule log cake and Japanese cheesecake with Pastry Chef Mayumi in this enjoyable hands-on baking class in Sydney!
A Yule log is a traditional French dessert served at Christmas, especially in Belgium, France, Switzerland, Canada, Lebanon, Syria, and several former French colonies. It's made of sponge cake to resemble a miniature actual Yule log and is a form of sweet roulade.
As well as a Yule log cake, Chef Mayumi will also share her secrets to making a delightfully fluffy and lightly sweet Japanese cheesecake!
Over three hours, you will make these incredible creations step-by-step as led by Mayumi and take home both exquisite cakes to impress and celebrate with family and friends. Enjoy this class individually or with friends and meet more friendly faces while you enjoy making beautiful creations with Mayumi.
This is a hands-on and interactive baking class where you will actively prepare, step by step, each of the cakes, with expert instruction provided by Mayumi and take home both stunning cakes!
