In this class, we will make Chocolate Choux au Craquelin, which includes:
  • How to make basic choux pastry and pipe it into buns
  • Making a craquelin biscuit
  • Learning the secrets of chocolate pastry cream
Whether you're a beginner or have some baking experience, everyone is welcome to join the class and have fun.
The class goes for about 2.5 hours so make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring an apron!
By the end of the class, you will get to bring home all of your delicious creations to share with friends and family.

Bonjour! I'm Sylvie, a French-Belgian expat living in Melbourne, Australia. I love sharing my passion for French pastry and empowering home bakers through easy-to-follow recipes.
