We are very excited to announce our new photographic trip to Siem Reap, Cambodia! Immerse yourself this unique photographic experience whilst experiencing the unique philosophy and culture of Cambodia.
Join us for an exciting 12 days exploring not only Siem Reap's most intricate and expansive temple systems but also experience life through the eyes of the local people and their daily activities.
We will base ourselves in Siem Reap and venture out on daily adventures.
Excitingly we have booked out a new boutique hotel that has the potential to be all ours! Beautiful rooms, pool, the most friendly and knowledgable staff and a fabulous chef!
We will spend two nights in one of the North Western provinces, Battambang, which is a beautiful provincial area full of colonial, architectural French influences and has a variety of photographic picturesque landscapes to shoot in.
Battambang is also a local area where we can experience local lifestyles, visit local homes, markets and see incredible moments in time where thousands of bats swarm out of their caves at sunset and monks go about their daily life in the local temples.
Siam Reap has some great lakes, home to local floating villages where houses are built on stilts, which can be up to 10 metres high. Here we will learn about hydrology, medicinal plants, and local beliefs.
Photography opportunities are endless, from picturesque villages to world heritage temples and outlying sites deep within the Cambodian jungle. We endeavour to take you to places sourced by our local guides who have a rich knowledge of the local history and culture of Cambodia.
Why not throw in your macro lens and capture magical flora from mountains to jungles to truly breathtaking butterflies! Join our fun photography course and tour in Cambodia -- it'll be one of the best things to do this weekend.
