Calling all bibliophiles! Are your beloved books crumbling? It’s time to restore your precious pals to their former glory. A dying craft, book restoration involves restoring and repairing all elements of the book, from sewing spines to patching paper.

In this Melbourne workshop, you’ll get the low down on repairing and restoring your favourite reads. We’ll cover how to properly assess the damage, how to tone paper to match the original, various methods for repairing broken/crumbling spines as well as paper repair.
This workshop is for absolute beginners and includes all materials, notes, and direct access to Mitch’s mind for seasoned papery guidance. Start the next chapter in your literary adventure and get some shelf-awareness: it’s bound to happen.
