Looking for unique team building activities in Sydney? Body percussion is a great way to get up and have fun learning about rhythms and coordination, group interaction and teamwork, personal musical ability and listening - and have fun together bringing out the inner drummer in you!
In this workshop, we’ll firstly all learn a little bit about clapping, tapping, slapping, snapping and stomping. Then, we’ll form two groups that will play against each other rhythmically - team coordination and individual listening is a must.
Lastly, we’ll ask a few volunteer soloists to a final ‘play-off’ between the groups! This class is perfect if you're looking for team bonding activities to help boost communication within your team, as well as workplace wellbeing.
All ages are welcome and no previous musical experience or instruments are necessary!

I’m a bestselling author, who has published a few books on topics ranging from salsa dancing to Brasilian music & percussion to life enrichment & autism. I’ve also taught college classes on writing and publishing. In addition, I play music and teach ukulele, and body percussion as well...
I love helping people follow their dreams to write (and publish) their own books, and am looking forward to working with you to achieve your literary goals.
