Welcome! I'm a somatic clay therapist and I offer Wheelfulness and Clayfulness classes at my studio in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Wheelfulness is a practice of somatic mindfulness at the pottery wheel, designed to cultivate centeredness and focused attention. Clayfulness is a more playful, freeform approach that involves intuitive sculpting, with the potential to reveal and integrate unconscious aspects of the psyche.
