Sally Ann Conwell

4.9 (10)

From a young age in the suburbs of South Sydney, Sally was busy getting paint on her mothers carpet. Before the age of 22 she had completed two scholarship residencies in France, and launched a bizarre range of greeting cards that make very little sense, under the name Sit Still Sally.

She can’t actually sit still, and each work is different from the last. Sally completed studies in Fine Arts at the College of Fine Arts, with a focus on oils and watercolours,  and continues to work as a practising, emerging artist in Sydney’s inner west.

With any time left over, she likes to dabble in the world of illustration, design, and other crafty things, inspired by everything nonsensical, colourful and wonderful.
