Knowledge required
No previous knowledge or skills required as this is suited for beginner artists or those with no prior art experience.
What you'll get
In addition to creating two artworks to take home, you will also be given an art kit to continue your learning and development. The kit includes; a small set of student grade acrylic paints, a collection of brushes, an a4 visual diary and a cotton tote bag to carry them in.Snacks and water will be provided.
What to bring
- Everything provided, just bring yourselves.
- Even though aprons are provided, please make sure you wear clothing you're comfortable in and don't mind getting paint on.
- As there is a lunch break, feel free to bring a packed lunch or visit the nearby supermarket or cafes.

I'm a visual artist and designer who has maintained a practice for the past 15 years. My focus is on abstract work in both drawing and painting media. I've gone through six years of art education at TAFE QLD and The Victorian College of the Arts. New to teaching, I'm happy to share the skills, experience and knowledge I've gained over the past 15 years to eager beginners and those completely new to art.
