Did you know there’s no planet B? Prove how down-to-earth you are and banish cling wrap from your life by making your own beeswax food wraps.

Using fabric and beeswax, you'll learn a foolproof process for food preservation involving zero plastic. You too can learn how to make your own earth-friendly wraps the cruelty-free way. Say no to synthetics and wrap responsibly. Single-use plastic is so 1990.
Please note: This class requires at least five students to run. In the unlikely event that we don't get this number of students, we'll cancel the class and fully refund you and inform you via email, so please watch your email a few days prior to the class.

Please note: This venue is located on the first floor via a flight of stairs and does not have wheelchair accessibility.

What you'll get

- As many beeswax wraps you can make in the session. Most people average about six.

- All materials will be provided - wax, cotton, materials, paintbrushes, and oven.

- Recipe card and instructions to continue making at home.

What to bring

Please feel free to bring any cotton you wish to wax and bring a bag for your loot!

Community values lie at the heart of our project. We collaborate with local artists and industry experts to teach classes and utilise local suppliers for any materials needed. We also provide a creative environment for emerging artists to produce and sell work, and meet like minded individuals. Work-Shop will be a space for everyone, with a rotating schedule of art shows, information nights on local issues and a whole range of events and community initiatives.
