BBQ and Meat Smoking Cooking Class

$145 ($50 per class surcharge applies for private classes)


At this fun and hands on cooking class you will learn how to use a weber kettle, or any other barbecue, to produce the best barbecued and smoked meats.
We will start the day with Valentina hot chicken wings and wash them down with an ice cold beer. The class will be a mix of demonstrations and hands on practice. I'll show you how to make the best steak (Smoked Brazilian Picanha) and how to get consistent results every single time. During the lesson you'll pick up smoking and barbecuing techniques, learn timings and other tips and tricks so that you'll know how to make restaurant quality steaks at home and impress family and friends.
We will finish off the class with a decadent melt in your mouth pork belly with burnt ends.
This class is all you can eat and the first beer/wine is on us. I'm not filling you up with salads or bread, so bring your stretchy pants that day!
