Join Daniel Wilson for an unforgettable cooking class in Melbourne where you will learn how to create light and flavorful Asian meals, perfect for shaking off those winter blues.
In this hands-on Brunswick workshop, you will learn how to cook a variety of Asian dishes from Thailand and Japan.
You will learn how to cook a Thai-style squid and green mango salad with chili, pork larb in lettuce cups with ground rice and Thai basil, a coconut chicken salad with crisp shallots and kaffir lime leaf.
And no class by Daniel would be complete without him drawing on his extensive knowledge of Japanese cuisine to cook a soy-cured salmon, snow pea and sesame, and soba noodle salad.
At the end, you can sit back and eat the delicious Asian dishes you've made!

Chef Tracey is a classically trained chef who after many years of working at senior level in the vibrant Melbourne restaurant scene moved to Hanoi to immerse herself in Vietnamese and Asian cuisine. She helped establish KOTO, a grass-roots charity that helps street kids to free themselves from the cycle of poverty through hospitality training.
In April 2008 she opened the Hanoi Cooking Centre, voted one of the best cooking schools in the world by Leisure & Travel magazine.
Now back in her old stamping ground of Brunswick, Tracey looks forward to sharing her love of good food through her cooking classes for keen home cooks, professionals, corporates, kids and teens.
