In this workshop, we will re-discover classic brewing techniques: French press, Aeropress, cold brew filter jug, and learn how these methods can bring out big, fruity, and complex flavours from specialty beans.
Throughout the class, you will have the opportunity to experiment with different brewing methods, expanding your palate beyond the traditional latte. Discover the nuances of coffee from different regions and how methods can enhance their flavours.
If you are new to coffee brewing, don't worry! This workshop is designed to be inclusive and welcoming to all skill levels. You'll be guided step by step through the process, with plenty of hands-on practise to help you gain confidence in your brewing abilities.
By the end of the workshop, you will have a newfound appreciation for the world of specialty coffee and the diverse flavours it has to offer. Take home the knowledge and recipes to brew your own unique and delicious cups of coffee, tailored to your preferences and taste buds.
