Whether you're a couple preparing for your first dance, looking to explore partner dancing and feel more comfortable on any dance floor, or simply wanting to deepen your somatic awareness and movement skills or dance technique, my classes are designed to meet you where you are—whether you are a complete beginner or have been dancing for YEARS!With over a decade of experience as a performer and choreographer at venues like the NGV, Federation Square, and various festivals in Australia and around the world, I bring my unique artistry and strong technique into my teaching. I’ve also worked extensively with people of all abilities and disabilities, ensuring that movement is accessible, adaptable, inclusive and empowering for everyone.I specialize in:Wedding first dances – natural, connected, and uniquely you (no stiff, over-rehearsed moves!)Partner dancing – build trust, rhythm, and confidence togetherContemporary dance technique – for all levels, exploring fluidity, strength, and self-expressionSomatic movement – deepen your body awareness, presence, and ease in motion. Great for business or team bonding and professional development workshops and retreats!With a background in artistic and community engagement, I’ve seen how dance transforms relationships, builds confidence, and fosters deep connection.
