Mexican food is so much more than fried beans, as delicious as they can be. Join Tracey of Brunswick Kitchen to learn how to level up this cuisine as you learn how to prepare and cook an Autumn Mexican-inspired menu.
In this hands-on class, which is perfect for beginners, you will learn how to cook a variety of dishes including lime-cured ceviche with gazpacho salsa, soft taco shells with Masa Lista (white corn flour), slow-cooked pulled pork, salsa verde, and pickled red onions, and to finish sumptuous chocolate doughnuts!
Once the cooking is finished, you will spend the end of the class enjoying a delicious Mexican feast around the communal table, chatting with old or new friends!

Chef Tracey is a classically trained chef who after many years of working at senior level in the vibrant Melbourne restaurant scene moved to Hanoi to immerse herself in Vietnamese and Asian cuisine. She helped establish KOTO, a grass-roots charity that helps street kids to free themselves from the cycle of poverty through hospitality training.
In April 2008 she opened the Hanoi Cooking Centre, voted one of the best cooking schools in the world by Leisure & Travel magazine.
Now back in her old stamping ground of Brunswick, Tracey looks forward to sharing her love of good food through her cooking classes for keen home cooks, professionals, corporates, kids and teens.
