For the month of November, Anna will be sharing some classic Filipino sweets that you can make for your holiday feast! Add these easy desserts to your repertoire great for any celebration!
  • Buko Pandan (Coconut and Pandan Sweet Salad)
  • Crema de Mangga (Mango layered dessert)
  • An easy twist to the classic Bibingka (Coconut Rice Cakes).
BUKO PANDAN is a classic party dessert food that's served in most Filipino gatherings, whether it's a birthday or graduation or Christmas. This sweet dessert includes tapioca pearls, pandan jelly and pieces of young coconut meat! Refreshing!
CREMA DE MANGGA is another dessert dish that makes use of seasonal Australian mangoes. Think tiramisu or trifle that's fresh and tropical!
BIBINGKA or coconut rice cakes are a quintessential Christmas fare during the holidays in the Philippines. Anna will show you an easy twist to make this dish which will wow your guests. Flavours of Philippine Christmas bibingka right in your kitchen.
This cooking experience is an interactive cooking demo and tasting, where you will have an opportunity to help prepare the dishes and we'll cook and eat our creations together.
By the end of the experience, you can take any leftover dishes home and you'll also have recipe cards to recreate these dishes again and again!
