I am Yash, a certified Ashtanga Yoga practitioner [RYT 200] who trained in an International Yoga Alliance-certified school in Mysore, India. I believe that yoga is a practice that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities, and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with others.
