Learn how to handmake vegan dumplings (named momos in Tibet) at this fun cooking class!
This class is suitable for beginners, as your experienced teacher Kathryn, will guide you step-by-step in how to make vegan dumplings, which are both healthy and delicious! Participants can choose to add some matcha powder to the dough or make natural white ones.
In this class, you will learn the process of kneading the dough, rolling the wrapping, wrapping and then finally steaming. The entire process is simple, fun and can be recreated in the comfort of your own kitchen. You will be able to wrap with easy to-hold technique to 'wow' your family, loved ones and friends.
At the end of this fun and hands-on class, you can sample a few freshly steamed hot dumplings and pack everything you made in an eco-friendly takeaway paper food box.
Note: This class is not gluten-free and can be arranged gluten free.
Corporate team building workshops and trainings can be arranged.
