Learn how to cook and taste delicious vegan gnocchi coated in three divine sauces with Fiona from Wholesome Bellies in Brisbane!
Fiona's gnocchi class is an absolute must and, best of all, these Italian dumplings are completely egg and dairy-free.
In this masterclass, we'll make three types of gnocchi - classic potato, spinach and potato and sweet potato. Then we'll create three mouth-watering sauces to pair with each gnocchi.
We’ll even whip up an almond, chocolate tart to indulge in after our gnocchi party!
Classes are very personal and run by Fiona, at our Wholesome Bellies studio kitchen at Woolloongabba.
We take things slow, we have an absolute ball and then sit down to a relaxed light lunch (made by Wholesome Bellies). You’ll leave the class with a full tummy and a full heart.
What's on the menu?
  • Spinach gnocchi with a creamy mushroom carbonara sauce.
  • Classic gnocchi with a classic tomato and basil sauce.
  • Sweet potato gnocchi with roast tomato and garlic sauce.
  • Chocolate almond tart.
Note: this class can be gluten-free upon request.
