We have partnered up with Lisa from Saucy Wench in Brisbane. An incredible all round human as well as founder and cook at Brisbane’s most delicious dumpling and Asian sauce business – The Saucy Wench.
In this class, Lisa will so generously share with us her secret recipes for her vegan dumplings – savoury and sweet Using 100% plant-based products, including all sauces you will be blown away with the flavour and ease of these dumpling recipes.
What's on the menu?
  • Shitake mushroom dumplings and garlic chive pot-sticker dumplings
  • Sticky rice and water chestnut steamed shu mai
  • Onde-Onde sweet dumplings
The class is 100 per cent plant-based and served with Saucy Wenchs’ incredible vegan sauces. Unfortunately, this class can’t be modified for gluten-free. As a vegan establishment, the use of nuts on our premises is high. Please note that our meals may contain traces of nuts.
Please note tickets are not refundable, however, if unable to attend you can transfer the tickets to a friend (a re-booking fee applies).
Whilst very rare, if we do not meet minimum ticket sales for our classes, they will be rescheduled, or an option for a refund will be provided.
