This hands-on class is a creative way to show a special person how adored they are. The three-dimensional hollow chocolate edible heart, a box of chocolates or chocolate bars that you will learn how to make can contain a variety of fillings and decorations, and you can choose white or milk couverture chocolate. You will learn to temper, mould, and decorate. Personalise your heart with chocolate, sprinkles, and edible metallic gold foil!
Michelle also understands NDIS requirements and loves to have NDIS participants and carers in her workshops. This venue is wheelchair friendly!
In this scrumptious chocolate moulding class, Michelle will demonstrate basic chocolate melting and moulding techniques to create a smashable heart, a box of chocolates or chocolate bars. You will also decorate your artisan creation using your choice of a piping bag, sprinkles, dried fruit, strawberry, peppermint, chocolate, caramel ganache, nuts and edible gold foil. It's the perfect couples or friends workshop.
Then you can go ahead and place it in the gift box provided so you can give it as a gorgeous personal gift.
Please note: You can choose white or milk couverture chocolate buttons suitable to melt and temper, so please ensure these products will suit your dietary guidelines (I can supply vegan chocolate if there is prior notice)

Here's an updated, professional version of Michelle See's biography in the third person:
Michelle See's diverse career spans over three decades, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and resilience. Beginning as a hairdresser and beauty therapist at 15, Michelle's professional journey has been marked by adaptability and innovation.
After starting a family, Michelle ventured into retail, successfully operating her own shops. Her innate marketing acumen led her to advise small businesses on marketing strategies and customer relations, leveraging her hands-on experience.
Michelle's career reached new heights when she took the helm of a direct marketing company. Over 12 years as CEO, she transformed it into a thriving enterprise, expanding operations across three countries and growing the workforce to over 300 employees.
However, Michelle's professional trajectory was interrupted by significant health challenges, necessitating her early retirement. Faced with a serious illness requiring extensive surgery, Michelle turned adversity into opportunity. She began exploring natural, toxin-free alternatives for personal care and home products, drawing inspiration from her grandmother's "old school" approach to homemaking.
Today, Michelle channels her passion for sustainability and wellness into educational workshops. She teaches others to create handmade products ranging from preserves to skincare, emphasising the value of traditional skills in modern life. Michelle advocates for reduced consumerism through upcycling and DIY projects, proving that ethical living can coexist with luxury and beauty.
Despite ongoing health battles, Michelle approaches semi-retirement with optimism and purpose. Residing on an acreage property with her husband, she continues to inspire others to live their best lives, regardless of circumstances. Michelle's journey exemplifies the power of adaptability, lifelong learning, and finding new purpose in life's unexpected turns.
