Discover the Joy of Slab Building: Create Your Own Tiny Ceramic Christmas House!Happy Hub Collective is thrilled to be teaming up with Sally from Deep Earth Ceramics in this festive pottery workshop. Learn the art of slab building as you craft your very own miniature ceramic house. Using rich dark stoneware clay, I’ll guide you step by step, from the initial slab to your finished, personalised piece.Standing at approximately 9x7 cm, these charming little houses make a delightful addition to your home or a thoughtful Christmas gift. Add a tea-light candle to watch the warm glow flicker through the windows, use an incense cone to let fragrant smoke drift through the chimney, or even place a small flower in the open chimney to use it as a bud vase—your creation has endless possibilities!Please note:
- Following this workshop, we will bisque and glaze fire your home.
- Please allow a four to six turnaround for your pottery piece to be glazed and fired. Once ready, we will organise a collection time.
