Embark on a culinary journey at a Japanese cooking class in Gold Coast where beginners can master the art of sushi-making. Under the guidance of master sushi chef Keita, you'll learn how to create six styles of sushi from scratch, including traditional and international varieties.
  • Discover the secrets of cutting salmon fillet for sushi and crafting sushi rice, sugar-free sushi vinegar, teriyaki chicken, and cooked tuna.
  • Create a stunning sushi platter featuring Chumaki, Hosomaki, Uramaki, Nigiri, Temaki, and Aburi salmon roll.

In this intimate workshop, you'll work hands-on with quality ingredients and learn the techniques to elevate your sushi-making skills.
