Aunty Amanda, a seasoned stress recovery teacher, has got your back with this stress recovery retreat for tired parents. This retreat is structured so that both parents can benefit and the kids can have an outing.
Two one-hour sessions mean that one parent can take the kids down to the beach or the park, while the other parent can effectively reset. Our Studio is a two minute walk to the beach, parks and cafes. While one parent takes the kids to the beach or park, the other can fully immerse themselves in an hour of relaxation and self-care.
At this retreat, no one has to miss out, both parents have the opportunity to chill out.
At the studio, Aunty Amanda will guide you through a range of practices designed to reset your nervous system and calm the vagus nerve. Enjoy gentle movement, guided meditation, and self-massage techniques that will leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to tackle whatever else comes your way.
And then swap with your partner, you spend time with the kids for an hour, while they have the same experience
