Discover and explore a number of design elements to create your own textured, metal stamped bracelets in Petrie!
During this fun jewellery making workshop, we will make a textured bracelet with the option to flame paint it to create wonderful new colours if you chose a copper bracelet. Aluminium bracelets can be texturised and stamped.
We will also make a stamped bracelet, to which you can add your own embellishments as well.
You will receive one per bracelet, additional embellishments are for purchase so you may choose a combination of design stamps and alphabetical or numerical stamps.
Class outline:
  • Create texture and contrast in metal bracelet
  • Learn how to flame paint copper if you use that material
  • Use metal designs stamps and how to preplan your design
  • Learn how to line up alphabetical and numerical stamps
  • Learn how to shape and finish your bracelet
You are making a handmade object so there will be minor flaws as you learn to stamp. We will have some pre-practice metal to try out before you start on your projects!
