Special Christmas Class: Pasta Making and Sauces

Making homemade pasta would have to be one of life's simple pleasures!



3 hours Class size 12 to 16 guests     $130
This is a very special, Christmas limited edition cooking experience. Our founder, Fi, will teach you how to make pasta from scratch along with sauces, all with a beautiful Christmas theme----bon bons, gorgeous set Christmas tables, and a bonus Christmas gift!
We’ll work together to make pasta dough, you can opt to make egg pasta, eggless or try both methods. We’ll make three or four handmade traditional pasta shapes.
To enjoy our pasta, we’ll create three yummy pasta sauces and then sit down and enjoy a heartfelt, Italian dinner.
Menu:
  • Hand-made Ravioli filled with vegan ricotta and spinach, tossed in a fresh tomato and basil sauce.
  • Farfalle (little bows) tossed in a roast cauliflower, olive, and tomato sauce.
  • Fettucine with our signature vegan Bolognese Ragu.
  • Learn various other hand-made pasta shapes.
  • Bonus gift.
  • Bonus dessert.
There will be two options when you book----you can opt to make egg pasta or vegan pasta. Both are incredible, and if you are keen to try both, you can. However, please note that there will be the use of eggs in some pasta dough. The pasta sauces are all 100% plant-based.
Unfortunately, if you require gluten-free, this class will not be suitable for you. Sorry, we are yet to master the art of gluten-free pasta making.
Please note: Tickets are not refundable; however, if you are unable to attend, you can transfer the tickets.
