Hi everyone! I’m thrilled to be part of this community and excited to share my story with you all.

My journey as a watercolour artist started out of a simple love for colour and nature. I’ve always been drawn to the beauty of the natural world, and eventually, I found myself wanting to capture it in my own way. About two years ago, I decided to take things a step further by creating my own handmade watercolours from scratch right in my home. Working with raw pigments and creating unique colours is such a rewarding process—it’s like I’m adding a bit of magic to each painting, knowing the paints are my own creation!

Teaching has become a natural extension of my love for this art form. There’s something incredibly fulfilling about watching others experience that “aha” moment when they see what they can create. I love encouraging people to embrace their creativity, especially those who think they aren’t “artistic.” My goal is to help people find joy in the process, not just the finished product, and to see that anyone can paint when they have the right guidance and encouragement.

I’ll be hosting my very first workshop soon in Kalamunda at Elevated Grounds Coffee House! It’s a chance to explore watercolour basics in a cozy, welcoming environment—and you’ll even get to take home one of my handmade paint sets. I’m really passionate about supporting local businesses and am thrilled to partner with the wonderful team at Elevated Grounds to create a special experience for everyone who joins.
