Challenge yourself and learn new sewing techniques – Beginner Sewing course Level 3
This course will be covering new techniques as well as repeating the ones we already covered during our sewing courses Level 1 and Level 2.
New techniques include invisible zip, setting in sleeves and using facing technique to finish a neckline.
Pattern we use is Floreat dress from Megan Nielsen Pattern or Rosa Dress from Rosery Apparel - you choose which one you prefer.
We will be taking only 4-5 person per group, so you could learn in a small intimate space with personal attention to everyone. One class per week - 5 classes 2-2.5 hours each class (classes could go up to 3 hours, as we all work at different paces.)
Ticket date and time indicate 1st class in the course for each group and cover all 5 classes. Each group is subject to minimum bookings per group. If it happens that minimum bookings are not reached for a specific time, you will be offered to switch to an alternative date and time or a refund.
IMPORTANT NOTE! Monday 10am group will start 27th of March, go for 2 weeks, then 3 weeks break for school holidays. Classes resume on the 1st of May and will go on for 3 weeks.
Price of the course is $645. That includes printed patterns for the class and an original to keep for future use.
All the equipment and tools are also provided for the classes.
Fabric recommendation:
You need to get light to medium weight dress fabric with good drape/flow, such as cotton, linen. We will send an email with instructions on fabric consumption once you book your ticket.
