What you'll do
Want to create delicious doughnuts for family and friends? Then you'll want to join this hands-on doughnut making and decorating class in Woolloongabba. In this class, you will learn to make beautiful light doughnuts (baked not fried) dipped in delicious glazes and decorated with hand made fondant accents. What you will learn
- To make and colour your batter
- Achieve a perfectly cooked doughnut
- To make ganache in different colours
- To make a delicious glaze
- Create fondant accents to create a beautiful harmonious theme
- Finish your doughnuts with the magic of sprinkles to present them perfectly
- Public dates for this class require at least 2 guests to run. In the unlikely event that we don't reach this number, we'll cancel the class; in this case we'll inform you and allow you to get a refund or reschedule, so please watch your email/SMS one day prior to the class.

My love of baking was formed at a very young age and some of my fondest memories as a child are when I was helping my Mother and Grandmother in the kitchen. Whilst I love all forms of cooking, baking is my favourite. I love to try new recipes and techniques and have developed some of my own recipes. My decorating skills were not always as they are now but I always strived to improve. It was by accident, after a friend gifted me a decorating class almost 10 years ago, that I fell in love with cake decorating. Since then, I have sought out opportunities to improve my skills and have attended decorating classes with internationally renowned decorators. A few of whom are:
