Our pottery class is the perfect opportunity for young artists to explore the fascinating world of clay in a relaxed and supportive environment. This course is designed to spark imagination and enhance fine motor skills as students work with their hands to shape and create unique pottery pieces.Throughout the class, students will be introduced to various hand-building techniques, such as pinch pots, coil pottery, slab building and wheel throwing, allowing them to develop their artistic skills step by step. They’ll have the chance to experiment with different forms and textures, learning how to craft anything from whimsical sculptures to functional items like cups, bowls, or decorative pieces. Our experienced instructors will guide them through each stage of the process, ensuring that students of all skill levels—whether beginners or more experienced—feel confident in their creations. Not only will they learn the basics of working with clay, but they’ll also gain insight into the art of glazing and decoration, adding personal touches to their projects.After class, all pieces will be fired in our professional kiln, and each student will be able to take home their one-of-a-kind ceramic artwork, proudly displaying their efforts to family and friends.
