Time to make your own, fresh, healthy and tasty homemade sausages in this cooking workshop in Perth!
In this workshop, which is perfect for beginners, you will learn mincing, stuffing and twisting sausages, practising techniques to cook your own freshly made sausages properly.
On the menu:
  • English bangers/Chipolata sausages - pan-fried
  • Boerevores Sausages - grilled and baked
  • Fresh Spanish chorizo
At our newly designed hands-on culinary workshop, all participants will team-up to pairs following the same recipes guided by our chef to cook selected dishes while enjoying the delicious tastings of your own making!
At the end of the workshop, you'll get to enjoy the homemade sausages you've made. We are fully BYO and do provide glassware if needed (for large groups we ask that you bring an Esky as fridge space is limited).

What to bring
We supply everything you need, including your ingredients, aprons and recipes.
Please wear flat, enclosed shoes and we recommend comfortable clothes.
All of The Cooking Professor classes are BYO. Water and glassware are provided.

An adult must accompany any attending kids, and must pay for a separate ticket.
