What you'll do
Searching for fun Brisbane activities? Gather your friends and spend time decorating a cheeseboard or serving tray using your own unique resin art style!During this casual class, you will learn how to use resin art making our Surf scene cheeseboard. Your finished product will be a gorgeous board, perfect for entertaining with friends and family all year round.Classes can be small so we have minimum numbers to run with an experienced teacher to give you assistance whenever needed. You will be provided with all the materials for this class and will be able to enjoy food and drinks from the restaurant throughout.At the end of the class, you'll have your own completed resin homewares and the skills and confidence to create more!Please note: your artwork will be available to pick up within seven days.A minimum of four people is required to run this class, you may be notified if a reschedule is required.Safety equipment with goggles, gloves and aprons will be provided. Keen to add some nibbles? We offer mouthwatering platters for you and your group to share! You can view platter information here.We recommend the following number for your group:
- One Platter per 10-15 people.
- Two platters per 16-25 people.
- Three platters per 26-35 people.

No previous experience is required, the cheeseboard surf is very easy to achieve for anybody, no skills required.
What you'll get

What to bring
Bring your own covid safe apon, however on this activity we do lend aprons due to the nature of substance. Also maybe wear something that is not critical if damaged if you get some resin on it. Enclosed footwear required.

I was fortunate to receive a scholarship from the Queensland Art Gallery, which gave me ample opportunity to pursue my passion and hone my skills.I'm very much inspired by the beauty and diversity of Australia. Many of my paintings focus on landscapes, surreal, animals and people. North Queensland is a particular favourite, and you'll see the influence of coral seas and mountain landscapes throughout my artwork. I have a post-impressionist style through which I try to capture the wonder of the world around us.I specialise in pastel on card, and acrylic on canvas, though I'm also experimenting with abstract and air brush.I've been fortunate enough to display my work in many art exhibitions, and have been the recipient of many prizes and awards.I offer Paint and Sip sessions along with Clay and Sip sessions, both at discounted rates for ClassBento Patrons.
