A major highlight in my cookie journey was when I decided to throw my hat into the ring for the cookie competition at the International Cake Show Australia in May 2021. Guess what? Both of my entries snagged the first-place spot! Getting that professional recognition was a big deal for me, and it fuelled my passion for cookies even more. Over the last 4 years, I've been diving into the world of cookie decorating, leading both public and private classes. Being a self-taught cookier, I've had my fair share of mishaps, and let me tell you, I've learned a ton from each one. Now, as a teacher, I get the learning curve – the questions, the confusion, and the "oops" moments. But guess what?
