In this pizza making class in Surfers Paradise, you’ll be amazed how simple it really is to craft the perfect pizza dough, stretch it out to the perfect thickness, before topping it with a delicious sauce, cheese and other favourite ingredients.
Once the results of your hard work are searing in a woodfired oven, you’ll sit back and relax while a expert mixologist prepares you a fresh and zingy margarita.
Your spectacular lunch will be a Sicilian margarita and a pizza of your own creation, as well as SMC’s signature Nutella pizza for dessert.

Originally based at Bourke Road in Alexandria, we have re-located our ‘Salt Meats Cheese Kitchen’ cooking school to our Circular Quay venue. At the same location is our newest addition, the fabulous rooftop Bar Ombre by SMC, now open for dining, sipping and events.
