PassaParola Pizza Catering was established in early 2021 by myself, Luca -- an Italian pizza chef with a deep passion for tradition and good authentic food.I grew up in Cento, a small town between Modena, Ferrara, and Bologna. As a student I delivered pizzas for a small pizza shop in town and one night I decided to try to make my own for dinner... it was a complete disaster -- that night I went home starving. So I asked the owner of the shop to teach me, and then the magical passion of making pizzas happened. I was 18 years old and after 20 years I still enjoy making pizzas as much as that first day. I believe everybody can learn how to make a good pizza. PassaParola means "word of mouth" in Italian. I chose this name because our beloved customers were spreading the word about our pizzas. We would love for you to do the same, enjoying it in the comfort of your home or office, with your friends, family or workmates.Come share my passion, and taste the flavours of Italy.
