Hi, my name is Hana. With a central European background it is common for my family to do our own fermented foods. Whether it is home made Kombucha, Yoghurt, Kefir, Sauerkraut, Ginger Beer or Bread we tend to make our own ferments.
ONCE KOMBUCHA AND SOURDOUGH caught up in the mainstream, friends urged me to teach them how to make it. I started this initiative and since then I empower people to make their own home made fermented goodies.
As with anything that one does for a longer time I streamlined the process of making healthy quick organic Kombucha and healthy and relatively quick European style Sourdough. Now I teach my tried and tested quicker processes, which are still as effective, healthy and tasty as its alternatives.
Join me on this sweet and sour journey and become the next creator of your own fermented foods, helping your health in the process.
