We hold regular group sound baths every Monday, Thursday and Friday. A group sound bath is conducted in our stunning studio with a maximum of 15 people. During the session, you are invited to lay on the floor or sit in a chair comfortably to enjoy your sound healing experience.

We begin with an intimate sharing time, allowing each person to share what they would like to get out of the experience and time to set an intention for the sound bath.

You will then be guided through meditation in grounding and connection with the space you are in, followed by the sound-bath session.
