Welcome to my Art Therapy class, "Embrace Creativity and Connection." I'm thrilled to have you here to embark on a journey of self-discovery, creativity, and connection.

As a full-time artist in Papua New Guinea, the onset of the Covid era brought significant changes to my life, prompting my return to Australia. During a solo bush walk, amidst feelings of immense loneliness and sadness, I found a painted rock—a simple reminder of love and kindness. This discovery inspired me to spread positivity through art.

I began creating uplifting messages on leaves and anonymously distributing them in my community. The heartfelt responses I received motivated me to create a space where others could experience the healing power of art.

Thus, "Embrace Creativity and Connection" was born. These sessions focus on "Create, Play, Connect - The Journey of Love." I strive to provide a safe space for you to explore creativity, find inner peace, and connect with others through shared artistic experiences.
