($180 per guest when you book for 1 guest, $170/guest for 2+ guests)

Join this fun course in Canberra and create a suncatcher from acrylic and stained glass!
This workshop is suitable for the beginner although more experienced mosaicists can work on a more complex design.
You take home a suncatcher to hang in your garden. Your design is limited only by your imagination and the shape you choose! The shapes are 200mm high, with a hanging hole top and bottom. I supply a hanging hook/swivel. Later on, you can attach something at the bottom if you want to!
All students will receive a 10% Discount Voucher to use in my store on their first shop (some exclusions apply).
Saturday: This course runs from 10 am - 4 pm. You will design your piece, shape stained glass, and apply it to the acrylic.
Sunday: This morning (9:30 - noon), we will be grouting the suncatcher using a super-smooth cement grout. Your piece is ready to take home and amaze your friends! Alternatively, you can elect to take a grout pack home on the Saturday, and grout in your own time.
There’s a maximum of 8 people in each class. A minimum of 3 students is required for this class to proceed.

I have been an artist for as long as I can remember. As a painter I have exhibited in Melbourne, and regional NSW.
My key driver is a love and understanding of colour & texture.
I have collected glass for many years and have visited glass factories in Venice.
I made my first mosaic in 2005.  My material of choice is stained glass.
After many years in IT, I decided to engage in my passion for colour and glass, and want to share my love of this medium with others
