What you'll do
In this very popular cooking class in Perth, you will explore the exotic world of Moroccan cuisine guided by Chef Riki's vast knowledge and expertise!Moroccan Food is one of the great cuisines of the world. During the beginner-friendly class, you will learn about the use of the Tagine, that conical-shaped dish that delivers those wonderful flavours. The emphasis is on the subtle use of spices with meat, fish and vegetables, plus traditional accompaniments to produce a marvellous concoction of aromas, tastes and colours.On the menu:
- Moroccan chicken tagine
- Tomato and roasted capsicum salad
- Lamb tagine
- Moroccan carrot salad
- Brik
- Aromatic couscous
- Moroccan doughnuts
- If you have special dietary requirements, please contact us before booking to discuss.
