What you'll do
Let us host a clay and sip pottery class at your venue for special events! We come to your location, while you look after putting on the amazing spread of food and drink for your party guests. Wesley Taylor Art Studios has Brisbane covered with their come to you clay and sip pottery sessions. These art lessons are guided by a local artist who believes that, “everyone has an artistic flair and simply needs to be pointed to the right direction.”These classes are conducted for art enthusiasts and newbies alike. They also make for great team building activities. Over two hours, learn hand building pottery techniques as you sip wine. Our clay and wine sessions will have all art materials and equipment provided.Please note:
- Private functions are available with a minimum of 7 people up to 80 people in a single session.
- We come to your location with the call out cost of a $149 one-off payment to allow for travel cost and time. Car space to be provided for teacher.

I was fortunate to receive a scholarship from the Queensland Art Gallery, which gave me ample opportunity to pursue my passion and hone my skills.I'm very much inspired by the beauty and diversity of Australia. Many of my paintings focus on landscapes, surreal, animals and people. North Queensland is a particular favourite, and you'll see the influence of coral seas and mountain landscapes throughout my artwork. I have a post-impressionist style through which I try to capture the wonder of the world around us.I specialise in pastel on card, and acrylic on canvas, though I'm also experimenting with abstract and air brush.I've been fortunate enough to display my work in many art exhibitions, and have been the recipient of many prizes and awards.I offer Paint and Sip sessions along with Clay and Sip sessions, both at discounted rates for ClassBento Patrons. I believe in bringing these experiences to the customer at the very best competitive price possible, the real Australian Way. The Retail on these sessions is RRP is $45 however I offer Clay and sip at $29 per person, and Paint and Sip sessions from $29 per person Earlybird tickets when booked 3 dyas before. Our Friday and Saturday nights are also the most competitive prices found in Brisbane discounted down to $29 per person earlybird tickets. We offer the highest quality service with artist assistants to help customers with their paintings, along with the teachers. Our assistants will also run sessions so we will have two teachers for a single session.
