Discover the vibrant and diverse flavours of the Middle East in this engaging cooking class in Brisbane. Learn how to create traditional plant-based dishes from countries like Lebanon, Iran and Morocco.
The most well-known plant-based dish is the incredible falafels and we’ll be definitely learning how to make these from scratch.
On the menu:
  • Chickpea and fava bean falafels
  • Fattoush salad
  • Iranian jewelled rice
  • Shaksuka with tofu egg
  • Smoky babaganoush
  • Roast capsicum hummus
  • Borek flat breads filled with potato and spring onion
  • Orange syrup cake
You will be guided through each recipe, ensuring that even beginners feel at ease and confident in the kitchen.
At the end of the class, you can sit back and enjoy the delicious meal with your loved ones, as well as taking home the knowledge and skills to recreate these delicious dishes in your own kitchen.
