This workshop will have you feeling connected, centered and calm.June: Sat 28th June 5pm- 7.30pmAbstract and Amplify Main Character Meditation - Create Your Abstract artA self-empowering circle to explore and connect and to craft, your personalised abstract. Opening the session with Main Character Meditation facilitated by Holly. Working with your reflections from the meditation and guided with gentle prompts from artist Jessica Johnson to create a free-flowing abstract impression piece. This art practice is about the process of expression and how the colours and shapes that pour from your heart connect and create on the canvas.
