In this mandala mindfulness workshop, you will learn how to create beautiful and intricate mandalas while cultivating a sense of tranquillity and inner peace. Mandalas are circular designs that have been used by Buddhists for centuries as a tool for meditation and self-expression.
If you have never heard of mandalas before, this workshop is designed with beginners in mind. Our experienced instructor will guide you through the process step by step, ensuring that you feel supported and confident in your creative journey.
During the class, you will use different art materials like pencils, markers and paints, to bring your unique mandala to life. As you immerse yourself in the creation process, you may experience a sense of relaxation and focus, allowing you to tap into your inner creativity.
At the end of the workshop, you will have your very own mandala masterpiece to take home.

Hi My name is Simran Savadia. I have been doing Mandala and Zentangle art since the age of 15. The deep sense of peace and wellbeing when I am practicing mandala art is a form of meditation that has allowed me to find strength during difficult times. My unique art style has been influenced by my Indian heritage. The beautiful, floral inspired designs are deeply rooted in Indian culture and stem directly from an Indian art form known as Mehndi (otherwise known as henna to the western world).
