In this beginner's workshop, you will learn how to chop correctly and practice while the chef guides and supports you, providing you all with their best ‘secrets’ and tips on how you can make it work!
Also learn knife maintenance, correct knife selection for the job, knife sharpening, holding your knife, how to finely dice/chop onion and ginger, garlic, how to julienne carrots, how to brunoise ¼ inch diced root veg, fine slice mushrooms, de-seed slice/dice chilli and more.
Your perfectly chopped ingredients will then be cooked happily in the chef's large pot of delicious colourful minestrone soup so you can all enjoy the food together!
