In our ramen workshop, Chef Keita will be teaching how to make a delicious and healthy miso ramen that can easily be recreated at home. This fun cooking class is designed especially for kids and a fun get together.
With simple ingredients and easy-to-follow steps, kids will learn how to prepare and cook miso ramen. Kids can eat a bowl of ramen for their lunch or take it home with them. Parents can drop off their children at the class.

  • How to make ramen miso paste and broth
  • How to cook ramen noodles
  • Introduction to Japanese ingredients
Special dietary requirements: If the child has any special dietary requirements, please let us know in advance.
Photographs taken during the workshop may be used for promotional materials such as our social media accounts. If you do not wish to give your consent, we will not take your photograph.
Private class: We are happy to offer a private class where we come to your home to teach. Please note that in addition to the class fee, a travel fee (Ballina $50, Lismore $60) will be charged for private classes. If hiring a venue is necessary, it's also possible, so please inquire about it.
