What you'll do
Join us for an unforgettable aerial class on the Gold Coast where kids will have the chance to experience a fun mix of aerial hammock, lyra, silks and pole fitness! In this workshop, kids will not only learn the basics of each discipline but also create a beautifully choreographed routine to take home.All our instructors are qualified fitness professionals or physiotherapists who hold blue cards and current first aid and CPR certificates. Perfect for beginners, they will guide your kids every step of the way, making sure they feel comfortable and supported throughout the class. By the end of the class, kids would have learnt some new cool tricks and take home a whole lot of fun memories!Note: $450 for up to 10 guests with $45 per person above 10. Parents are free to observe.
Knowledge required
No skill or fitness level is required. All levels of skill will be catered to by our qualified fitness professional.
What you'll get

- A 1 hour lesson
- A choreographed routine to learn and perform

Chloe and Phoebe opened Rokh Fit in 2016 born out of a love of dance and community spirit. They have a background in physiotherapy and all types of dance to create classes that are both safe and fun. They run Pole dancing and Aerial Yoga classes and parties in custom built studio in Burleigh Heads.
