Looking for a fun and interactive Japanese cooking class on the Gold Coast? Look no further than our Sushi & Gyoza Party Course! In this workshop, you'll not only learn the art of Japanese cuisine but also have a blast while doing it.
During the class, you'll have the opportunity to create your own sushi rolls and gyoza dumplings to take home. Don't worry if you're a beginner—our experienced instructors will guide you through the process step by step, ensuring that you feel comfortable and confident in the kitchen.
What you'll make:
4 Sushi rolls, 18 pieces per person
  • Chu-Maki roll (4 pieces)
  • Hosomaki roll (Baby sushi roll 6 pieces)
  • Uramaki roll (Inside out roll 4 pieces)
  • Seared Salmon roll (Seared salmon on top 4 pieces)

Private class: We are happy to offer a private class where we come to your home to teach. Please note that in addition to the class fee, a travel fee (Gold Coast $50, Brisbane $60) will be charged for private classes. If hiring a venue is necessary, it's also possible, so please inquire about it.
