You will make:
- Japanese Chicken Curry
- Pork Okonomiyaki (Savoury Pancake)
- Garlic Teriyaki Tofu
- Nasu Dengaku (Miso Eggplant)
- Japanese short grain rice
These recipes have been thoughtfully simplified to ensure they are accessible to beginners and enjoyable for children as well.

Private class information: We are happy to offer a private class where we come to your home to teach. Please note that in addition to the class fee, a travel fee (Gold Coast $50, Brisbane $60) will be charged for private classes. If hiring a venue is necessary, it's also possible, so please inquire about it.
