Looking for fun things to do in Brisbane? In this hands-on cooking class is perfect for beginners, you will learn how to make your own traditional bento box!
This is a very special class in which you will learn a bit of everything about Japanese cuisine with Master Japanese Chef Keita. We even have a vegetarian option available.
After the class, you can take a recipe for a variety of authentic Japanese dishes, techniques and basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine. You can eat your own bento box and take home another takeaway Bento for your family or a friend.

  • Chicken Karrage or Cauliflower Karrage for Vegetarian(Japanese fried chicken)
  • Agedashi Tofu (crispy fried tofu served in flavourful umami sauce)
  • Tamagoyaki(Japanese style omelette)

  • Tukemono (Pickled Radish)

Private class information: We are happy to offer a private class where we come to your home to teach. Please note that in addition to the class fee, a travel fee (Gold Coast $50, Brisbane $60) will be charged for private classes. If hiring a venue is necessary, it's also possible, so please inquire about it.
